TICA registered Ragdoll kittens are born white and develop their color as they age, getting to their full coloring at 2-3 years, except for the minks and solids that are born with color, but still can take up to 3 years to come into their full color. Ragdoll kittens & cats should NEVER be let outside. With their mild temperament, they will not fight and can come to harm if confronted by other animals. Ragdoll cats get their name from the way they go entirely limp like a Rag doll when held. This starts when they are kittens and lasts their whole life.
